Following our call, and as you confirmed, we're getting the core platform live first. This is the final scope for your framework platform. We build a new, scalable architecture on your existing stack and reuse the work worth keeping: your framework content, copy, layouts and the result-snapshot design. Then we hand it to you, ready for you and Copilot to take further.

You described it well on the call: foundation and walls first. Everything solid below the line is in this project. The dashed layer above is phase 2. The AI and payment structure is kept flexible, so you can build either on top yourself or have us add it later, without rework. Select any part to see the detail.

Your existing frameworks move onto the new engine. The project is complete when you build a new framework yourself in the admin panel and it works end to end.

Milestones

Set these up as a fixed-price contract on Upwork. You release each payment only after you've reviewed and approved that stage.

Design and architecture

Design direction approved and architecture signed off. First design draft within 4 to 5 days.

What we need from you

  • Your framework files in week 1Especially the one with the most unusual logic. The engine is designed around them. Keep building new ones while we work.

How we'll work

  • Weekly callSo anything that's off gets caught within a week, never later. Message me any time in between.
  • Asana boardYou'll see every task and where it stands.
  • Running costsHosting is paid directly by you. A solid managed host is enough; AWS isn't needed.
  • After launch, optionalA monthly block of 10 support hours, billed hourly. We review what you've built, fix issues, and give you clear next steps.

  1. Send a fixed-price hire request on Upwork with the three milestones above.
  2. Once I accept, we exchange email and phone numbers and I add you to Asana.
  3. Send over your framework files, and we'll book our weekly call time.
